With every midsummer, we welcome new adventures, warm sun, aaaaaanndd a brand-new batch of young adult CIG missionaries! 2021-2022 has been our most ambitious year yet. Despite the hindrances of the worldwide pandemic, CIG participants are working hard to inherit a heavenly culture of commitment, action, and ownership over their mission. Innovative training courses, creative team building, and overseas travel await the program, ranging from the busy streets in College Park, Maryland to San Francisco, California, and a handful of possible mission countries.

Greeting readers!
This year our participants took on the task to go to different cities and towns to meet those influential people that can change the communities, either a mayor, council member, or the pastor. As they met these influential people, they talked about being leaders of love. They gave them Dr. Hak Ja Han’s memoir as an inspiration and to learn from the Mother of Peace. Many were very receptive and welcomed our amazing missionaries to their towns or cities. The missionaries stayed there for a total of 5 days working together with the local churches. All the missionaries loved and can’t forget their towns or cities! They all left with a legacy of love in their mission places!
START OF CIG 2020
We’re back! After being home for 5 months due to quarantine and COVID-19, both new and returning missionaries reunited on July 5th, 2020 in Texas. The missionaries embarked their summer training with a powerful start reuniting with old friends and making stronger bonds. They received amazing guidances and lectures from our staff. This year we have many new additions to our staff members! This year will be different and an amazing roller coaster ride.
After a short two day workshop, they went on to their first fundraising condition of this year! Fundraising isn’t the same when following the Covid-19 regulations. However, the spirit and love of fundraising is the same!
In total, there are 34 participants both 2nd and 1st year missionaries.
